Where We Ship

For eligible requests, orders placed with hexclad can be shipped only within the United States. In keeping with our published standards, standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement stated in this policy.

Tracking Information

As a service commitment, tracking information is provided when the order ships so customers can follow delivery progress. Consistent with these terms, carrier scans, severe weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect estimates.

Expected Delivery Stages

In keeping with our published standards, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before the package leaves our facility. Where applicable, the expected transportation window is 4–6 business days once dispatch occurs.
